For UK shipping we work with DPD, a company that strives to be as sustainable as possible through the increased use of low-emission vehicles, carbon reduction initiatives and more. 

Though we aim to dispatch items within 24hrs please allow up to three days for us to prepare your order. From collection at MOAK HQ, DPD will take 24hrs to deliver your order to your doorstep. Tracking information will be provided.

To place an order for any of our products you must carefully read the product details and add your product to the shopping cart on our website.

Please Note:

- MOAK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, if doing so we will notify you outlining the reasons and we will refund your payment in full.

- Once your order has been placed and received by us we will send you a confirmation email. At this point our terms and conditions will take full effect and will be a binding agreement between you and MOAK.

Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over £100 in the UK.

Using our courier DPD we can also deliver parcels worldwide. Please see below for a breakdown of cost and delivery timeframes. 

- GBP £18 base rate per order outside of the UK. The price will increase according to the variable weight of the package. The customer is responsible for any additional VAT, customs costs and handling fees in the country of arrival.

- Timeframe: EU: 3-5 days. ROW: 5-7 days.
